Tip 7Add beer to soup.



Add beer to cabbage and vegetable soups for a tangy flavor. 

When adding the beer do it just before serving, do not boil.


Tip 8 How to thicken soups.

Soup may be thickened with:  Rice, barley, wheat germ, wheat 
flour, soya flour, oatmeal, tapioca, beans, lentils, peas, grated 
raw potatoes or eggs.
