Tip 5 – Tip on how to serve soup.
Soups should be served either piping hot or well chilled,
depending on the type of soup. Hot soups
may be served in heated bowls, lidded bowls or tureens. Cold soups, such as
fruit soups, may be served in chilled bowls.
