Buffet Chicken
2 tbsp margarine or butter
3 lbs. Chicken pieces
Brown the chicken in the frying pan and cook so it is well done on both sides
Use a 3 L- quart size casserole
dish – add margarine or butter
1 cup chopped onions & 1
minced garlic clove
Sauté onion & garlic in same
frying pan until soft & clear & add chicken
Mix next 9 ingredients together
& pour over the chicken
10 oz. Canned mushroom pieces, drained
7 ½ Oz tomato sauce
¼ cup white wine,
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp salt
¼
tsp pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp sour cream,
1 tsp paprika
Cover & cook in oven at 350
degrees for
1 ½ hour to 2 hours
