A few funny and unique things about Canadians!
- one of our well-known words is - eh!
- our money has special names – the dollar is called a Loonie and the two dollars a Toonie
- we have knitted hats to keep warm in the winter called a “Toque”
- we call the bag we carry our books in a knapsack, not a backpack
- when we drink coffee, we drink a double-double
- we eat chocolate bars, not candy bars
- when the wind is blowing, it is the Chinook Winds blowing
- yes, we do have bathrooms that we call washrooms - most of the time!

Canada is made up of 10 Provinces and 3 Territories.
